2026 Vision Board

Our 2026 season will run every week from June 6 – October 31

📍 THE VIBE: Finding Our New Home

We aren’t just looking for a parking lot; we’re looking for a town square.

  • The Goal: A space with shade, easy “stroll-ability,” and room for a community seating area.
  • The Search: We are currently scouting 2 potential sites in the borough that offer better visibility and accessibility for all our neighbors.
  • The Dream: Imagine stepping out on a Saturday morning and walking into a bustling “outdoor living room” filled with music and the smell of fresh coffee.

🍎 THE HARVEST: More Than Just Veggies

Our 2026 vendor curation is focusing on The Full Pantry.

  • Returning Favorites: Local honey, organic greens, and sourdough bread.
  • New Additions: We are actively recruiting local vendors who can bring fresh options.
  • Food Access: Continuing our SNAP partnership with Just Harvest.

🤝 THE HEART: Our People Power

A market is a machine with many moving parts. Our vision for 2026 includes a robust leadership team:

  • The Shoppers: You! Every dollar spent here stays in the local economy.
  • Board Members: Strategic thinkers to help with fundraising and city partnerships.
  • Day-of Heroes: Volunteers who love the “early bird” energy of market setup.

✨ THE ATMOSPHERE: Beyond the Grocery List

We want the 2026 season to be an event, not just a chore.

  • The Sound: A rotating schedule of local acoustic musicians and buskers.
  • The Education: Weekly community table for local non-profits to share their work.
  • The Exchange: Share in the Community Knowledge—think DIY demos from local makers, recipe swaps using that week’s harvest, and simple tips for urban composting or balcony gardening.

Help Us Color in the Blanks

We have the canvas, but we need the community to help paint it. Whether you want to lead as a board member, sell your goods as a vendor, or simply commit to being a regular shopper, your energy is what makes this happen.
