We’ve been working behind the scenes to make sure finding us is a breeze. Once you visit the new location for the first time, you’ll see just how easy it is to navigate.

📍 Where We Are
The market is being held at 1400 S Braddock Ave. You’ll find all of our wonderful vendors set up in the upper parking lot.
🚗 Parking & Facilities
- General Parking: Head right into the lower lot to park your car. (limited ADA parking spots available in the upper lot)
- Restroom: ADA port-a-john available in the lower lot parking area. Bonus Air-Conditioned Restrooms and playground available at the Wilkins Community Center, just a block up the street.
🚌 Taking the Bus?
We love public transit! The new spot is incredibly easy to get to by bus. You can take any of the following lines straight to us: 61B, 71, P71.

June Recipes from the Board!
Young has been on a chocolate-covered strawberry kick! Aldi has vegan chocolate and coconut oil. While Young has been using strawberries from their own garden, if you haven’t grown your own (like me) you can pick up your strawberries at the market and make a sweet and dip-able chocolate at home.
Lauren loves making this Emancipation Breakfast Cake for Juneteenth. She uses whatever berries are at hand from the market: strawberries, blueberries, or even some foraged berries!
Alissa recommends trying summer squash grilled or air-fried with lemon! The lemon gives it a fresh summer flavor that gives this veggie a whole new life!
It Takes a Village: Join Us as a Market Volunteer This Season!
At the Swissvale Farmers Market, we like to say that our market is not just a place to buy fresh produce, it is a community space built by neighbors, for neighbors. And frankly, we cannot make this season a success without you!
You can volunteer to help us set up the information tent in the morning and set out materials OR come by when the market ends at noon to help us get everything put away and ready for next week. Volunteer weekly, once a month, or whenever your schedule suits you! You’ll get a free cone from Dari Delite for your trouble, plus the satisfaction of helping out in your community.
